All excavation and underground soil pipe has been completed.
Tomorrow, the main theme shall be gas pipe, and other piping rerouting for equipment relocation:
A/C out door units X3
Water pump
Water heater

The D Day
Since the City municipal office ask us to tie the soil pipes to the public sewer system, a renovation construction project is obviously become inevitable. The question now is just how huge this construction work would be?
August 4th is the day the contractor started the "ground breaking". The jack hammer rammed all day. I see that I'll be tie-up at least for the future 30 days.
As the plumber is still trying to find out how and where the old drainage pipes routed, there is no firm estimated construction schedule by now.
